Long time resident and active member of the Port Jeff community with my wife Geri, raising three children participating in our school systems, sports and local activity programs. Accumulated 40 years of Restaurant, Hotel, Catering and Club Experience in the tri-state area and Europe. After a youth of working in the family business, went to the Culinary Institute of America and received classical training.

My career began with Externship and Apprenticeship in the Marriott Corporation and the highly acclaimed Four Seasons Restaurant in Manhattan under Seppi Renggli and Hitch Albin. Spent the next six years with TrustHouse Forte Company beginning with taking care of the UN Delegates and various Dignitaries of State from all over the world. Continued with opening operations like the Garden City Hotel, kitchens in England, Lisbon and cheffed at the Five Star Dona Filipa Hotel in the Algarve, Portugal. Returned to Manhattan, where I was the Chef of Five star Westbury Hotel home of the Polo Club Restaurant. The first in the city to bring the fusion cuisine of French Vietnamese in the Two star Can restaurant in Soho.

Came home to Long Island as chef of restaurants and Country Clubs like the Four Star La Marmite, Bryant and Cooper, Dodici and Wheatley Hills GC, Old Westbury CC and finally at Cold Spring Country Club for six years where my last two years were as the General Manager/CFO. And finally, as Consultant and restaurateur for high end Catering companies, most recently, Corporate Chef for the Lombardi's Restaurants and Catering Operations.

My family and I have been very fortunate with what the community has given to us, so my partner Mike Russell and I are so looking forward to giving back and paying it forward to our community. So, welcome friends and neighbors, we look forward to seeing you soon.
